I did some research and posted my problem online, but nothing really helped. I learned that the "3 Beeps of Death" is an issue with my RAM and that my files are not in danger. I made an Apple Support Discussion, asked Ask a Geek.com and send Apple a Facebook message but it turns out I didn't need to do any of that. I went to the Apple reseller at the mall expecting to have a lot of beating around the bush and issues but I was in and out in 10 minutes. The guy was super helpful and confirmed my research as well. They are sending it to Götzis (about 30 minutes away) to get the RAM fixed for free under warranty! That is just Austrian style I guess. So all is good, they said I should have it back later this week and my files will be in tact. Also my warranty got extended. Either 3 or 6 more months, he wasn't sure. Plus I did it all in German. But other than my computer, today I had Film Club again. We began brainstorming for ideas for our film, we are going to make a small film while at Frank's Hütte in January. We threw ideas around and settled after discussion and outlining. It should be a fun project! Anyway at home we had roasted chestnuts for dessert again. They are just a little bit sweet and pretty enjoyable to eat.
